Marion Orr MA C.C.C.

Motivation

I am motivated by the belief that change is possible, necessary, even inevitable.  I believe that we can improve our sense of capacity to manage life's challenges through increased awareness of our relationships with and reactions to change.  Counselling encourages insight, new perspectives, and provides guidance towards living a life based on your values.  I believe that counselling can help uncover the conditions for healing and help you learn how to create or maintain these conditions in your life.

My work is integrative, combining a variety of modalities to meet the needs of my clients.  I come from a feminist, Buddhist, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive foundation.
